To add your event to our calendar we need to know:

Event Date

Cake Size & Qty or Approximate Guest Count

General Event Theme

Email address (or Facebook contact)

14 days prior to your event we need to know:

Finalized Event Theme/Cake Design

Any update to Cake Size, Cupcake or Cookie Count

Flavor Selections

7 days prior to your event we need to know:

Pick-up time


Events are subject to availability.  It is best to schedule as far in advance as possible. We may add a “rush” fee on cakes ordered or finalized less than 14 days prior to event date.

We encourage customers to finalize event details as far in advance as possible.  We will email you reminders to verify event details each step of the way.  If details are not finalized by required dates we may remove your event from our calendar and require prepayment on all future orders. Please note that if there are last minute changes to your order we will try to accommodate, however, it may not always be possible and a “rush” fee may be added to your order.

You will always receive a confirmation email/message with finalized plans and order price.

Pick-up and delivery times vary and are worked out the week of your event.


For orders of $35 or less, full payment is required at time of booking.  All other orders require a 50% retainer is due at time of order placement. The remainder of the balance is due at time of pick-up.
Retainers are non-refundable and will be applied to order balance at pick-up.

We accept cash and debit/credit cards.

 “Rush” Fee:

An additional fee of $10 or 25% of total order
(whichever is greater)


We know there are things out of your control and cancellations may be necessary.  We would appreciate as much notice as possible. Customers who cancel less than 7 days prior to the event will be required to prepay on all future orders.

Important Notes: 

  When transporting your cake DO NOT leave them in your vehicle.  They may melt or shift in the heat.

Although refrigeration is not required, we recommend all cakes are refrigerated until 2 hours prior to the event.  Leftovers should be covered and refrigerated.

Cakes should NEVER be left in direct sunlight on the countertop or at an outdoor event.  Fondant colors fade and buttercream will melt. 

Do not freeze fondant cakes.

We are not responsible for cakes damaged after leaving our business.
